My name is Brian Farley, and I am a event and fine arts photographer in Birmingham, Al.

I started in photography about 8 years ago and fell in love with it. While I mostly shoot events and conceptual shots, I also do fine portraiture. I work very hard to make sure my clients as well as myself are happy with the work that I produce. It does take me a little longer to get photos out than these cookie cutter places like Wal-Mart or Portrait Innovations, but that's because I shoot and edit each photo individually. I do not believe that someone's photos should be batch edited just to expedite them faster. I believe in creating quality work and satisfying my clients.
 

I started photographing under a wonderful photographer, Jaden Devain. I have worked with multitudes of photographers to develop my skills, as well as taken college courses on art and photography to better understand the process of creating an image. I worked shooting events, for the dance group Vulcan Performers. I shot their shows for 3 years and in that time have been mentioned in The Birmingham News, The Over the Mountain Journal and many more local publications. My work has been featured on many websites, although all of them aren't coming to mind at the moment.
